The Portes Du Soleil is looking petty good for this season at the moment. Lots of snow is forecast for the next 3/4 days down to about 800m and there has been enough snow over the past few weeks to warrent both resorts opening up!

Morzine has open with 10% of the resort boardable. They have 8 pistes open with 5 lifts serving them.

Avoriaz has done even better than MOrzine with 20% of the domain open.

Arare and Lindarets will offer the first snow.

The cable car of Prodains was open to allow access to the snow at higher levels with the chair-lifts of the Lake-Intrêts, Prolays and the Turn.

They have even had enough snow to put a snowpark together. And with only 12days to go. Its looking better and better for us!!!
